Water Fuel Cell Technology - Is It Fiction or Reality?

There are a few hydrogen fuel kits available which permit to employ both the h2o and gas for fuel systems. They are a little more pricey, however, due to the various flow gauges which are necessary and the switches necessary to shift between one system and the other. The result is that you get over 300 miles a gallon!
